I had my first appointment with dietician Pooja Dhir who immediately put me at ease when we first spoke. It was a video consultation however Pooja was calm, reassuring, gentle in her probing and engaged. I felt heard. Her follow up notes were comprehensive. It was a particularly stressful time for me and my family and she was truly a light in the dark. We had two follow up appointments and each time she was knowledgeable and friendly - I felt I had made a friend by the time our third session concluded! I cannot thank her enough.

Very helpful advice from dietitian, has really helped me with IBS & gut issues. For that reason I would definitely recommend the Gut Health Clinic. Take notes at appointment as you are given advice to immediately act on, but follow up letter is sent 7-8 days after appointment. So, you don’t want to wait around for a week without acting on advice. Booking an appointment and invoices are sent immediately and promptly. If you email with a question for help with your programme, be prepared as it may take 2-3 weeks to get a reply. They are very busy and see lots of people. It may be a good idea to summarise in each follow up meeting, to remind dietician of what you have agreed and where you are with everything. All in all a positive experience, the information, guidance and support I have received from my dietitian has been excellent.

I sent relevant documents to the hospital for Mr Natt's attention and was assured that they would be forwarded to him but this did not hsppen.

Great experience

The experience at the Portland Hospital was good. The hospital provided necessary support after my delivery and the staff members are very caring and supportive.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

Good location in London.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.
