I learnt 50pct of information regarding my diagnosis through questions rather than having it explained in full straight off. Perhaps he assumed I had more medical knowledge than I do. He was very pleasant though.

Both Mr Crompton and his Medical Secretary, Hannah, have been truly outstanding in their communication and actions in caring for my son with his groin injury. They have gone way beyond in customer care, which has been both supportive and invaluable to our family. Directly calling the private hospital to help us expedite a necessary blood test and x-ray. As well as always being there if we had a question. Truly outstanding and exceptional customer care.

Nick was ok. Nothing above or beyond. His team @ the clinic need more training ( ie reception ).

I was treated by Mr Richards for a badly broken elbow a year ago. At my first consultation he explained clearly what needed to be done and his manner was cheerful, positive and encouraging. I had never been anaesthetised before and I was very anxious. He reassured me. My follow-up appointments with Mr Richards were very thorough and he recommended a very good physiotherapist. A year on the results of the surgery are excellent. I can straighten and bend my arm normally with no restriction or discomfort. The scar is hardly visible. I highly recommend Mr Richards.

I felt reassured by Mr Fareed that I was in very good hands because of Mr Fareed’s very caring manner and attention to detail. His reassurance to me that I would be very well looked after and that I did’nt need to worry about my forthcoming hip surgery was absolutely true . I was very well looked after by Mr Fareed from start to finish. My experience has been a very positive one . Thank you so much I am incredibly grateful to you. We are very lucky to have you here on the Isle of Wight , and I am pleased that you were my orthopaedic surgeon - thank you again .

Very friendly and professional service

Dr Zekry was very competent, understanding and expertise in his area. He explained again and again why and how operation procedures very well. Made me feel confident in him. He listened and so happy the cyst was taken out and soon that pain that other hospitals consultants had not listened to my complaint of my index finger’s pain for years.

I would reccomend Mr Baring most highly. He is extreamly compitent and forthright.
