They have gone way beyond in customer care, which has been both supportive and invaluable to our family. Directly calling the private hospital to help us expedite a necessary blood test and x-ray. As well as always being there if we had a question. Truly outstanding and exceptional customer care.

Having seen other orthopaedic surgeons and undergone surgey previously on the same issue, seeing Mr Malik felt like the first actual 'Consultant' appointment. For clarity, I wanted to see Mr Malik due to his cited specialities of assisting younger sportspeople back to participation. We discussed options, potential routes, risks and benefits to each before settling upon a choice. Mr Malik was thorough and open in the conversations and I felt listened to throughout. The surgery was a success, and having gone from a place of very little hope in making a good recovery to the knee problems, I have ended up with the potential of returning to a life of activity. This wasn't seen as an option previously, and I can only thank Mr Malik for his time, input and patience in working with me.

Mr Andrews was a fantastic surgeon and made me feel completely at ease during my 8-month treatment period. He informed me thoroughly on my condition during each visit and was always cognisant of my priorities as a patient. The work Mr Andrews did on my knee was fantastic and has left me extremely confident with my return to sport!
