Dr Jacobs is very welcoming and reassuring. He spoke to my daughter to understand things from her perspective and made her feel very involved in her consultation. He is amazing with children and was very thorough. He was keen to find out how my daughter was doing the next day and called to see how she got on at school. We’ve known Dr Bakshi for a number of years after he initially saw our son regarding an allergy. He has been happy for us to reach out to him as and when we needed advice on a variety of paediatric medical issues, and even out of hours / whilst on holiday he has come back to us with the advice and reassurance we wanted.

Doctor Simon was fantastic. He had good energy, was clearly knowledgeable and I felt very listened to. I’ll happily bring my kids back to see him (one already asked when she can go back!) and would recommend him to others.

Took the time and really listened to my daughter, who was obviously nervous. Made every effort to put her at ease. Friendly and knowledgeable. Considered the whole patient including mental health and impact on the presenting condition. I wish all our visits to the docs were like this.
