I had a very positive experience with Dr Shivamurthy. Being a medical professional myself there have been occasions with other clinicians where my concerns were either dismissed or I wasn't listened to. This appointment was very different, he was attentive, very thorough and spent time understanding what my concerns where. He established a very good rapport with my son which made the whole experience much easier for him. I would highly recommend Dr Shivamurthy to anyone who might've felt they have been dismissed as a 'worried parent' in the past, as he really does listen and makes you feel confident in his advice and reassurance. I would also like to note that his secretary Nicole has gone over and above to make the booking process easy and fit us in at short notice.

We came to Dr Shivamurthy after having spend months trying to find a diagnosis for our son and working out what was causing his symptoms. We felt immediately reassured by Dr Shivamurthy. He was one of the first doctors to take time and look at our son holistically and to order test to work our what the cause of his symptoms were. Throughout the process Dr Shivamurthy took the time to explain what he thought might be going on and what we could do. When he did find a diagnosis he took the time to explain it to us with compassion and we felt that although it was not what we wanted to hear, that our son was in the best place and with the best care possible. Since then we could not have felt more supported by the team who Dr Shivamurthy works with, they have taken lots of time to talk us through the process and to help our son feel at ease with the various procedures. After what at times has felt a bit of a hopeless situation, we feel very optimistic that with the continued care of Dr Shivamurthy and his team we are able to get to a path of better management and recovery.
