Dr Ray was very good when we went to see her and listened to what we had to say. She recommended some tests and gave my daughter some medication. But post appointment trying to get hold of her has proved difficult and trying to find out test results has been hard, so we are no further forward than we were before our appointment.

He has been happy for us to reach out to him as and when we needed advice on a variety of paediatric medical issues, and even out of hours / whilst on holiday he has come back to us with the advice and reassurance we wanted.
