Mr Bajaj was very friendly and honest from the start. He was clear and concise with what was needed every step of the way. Every visit was efficient, taking the time to listen to any questions I had throughout. The scar on my ankle is so clean, you can barely even notice it after only 4 months. I’m so happy with Mr Bajaj, if ever I have a problem with my ankle, I won’t hesitate to contact him again. I’m looking forward to making my full recovery and hopefully putting my football boots back on.
Wonderful surgeon who fixed my damaged ligaments and tendons in my ankle. Long recovery but fabulous outcome.
Very pleased, information prior was very clear and instruction on recovery after too.
From my first consultation through to my last Dr Bajaj was thoughtful, informative and very clear about my operation and after care. My consultations were always followed up with a letter confirming what had been discussed that day. Overall I am very pleased that I choose Dr Bajaj for my procedure and would highly recommend him for anyone needing ankle / Achilles tendon surgery.
I was included in all steps pre & post operation. I felt listened to and that Mr Bajaj totally understood the issues I had. He is approachable manner and made me feel at ease, he outlined what my surgery/recovery would entail & answered any questions I had to assure me the operation was the best way forward. I felt totally confident with him as my surgeon.
Mr bajaj was so clear and explained everything in detail from the start right though to the finish, very caring and thoughtful, lovely man.
I received clear advice on the most suitable operation for my foot and felt confident in going ahead with the procedure.
Have been a runner for years , developed increasing pain in foot & legs , unable to walk or sleep properly due to this pain .Appointment availabilty , times excellent & prompt .A consultation with Mr Bajaj is definitely a two way process , he listens & takes into account how you are personally affected by your orthopaedic symptoms . Mr Bajaj's manner is naturally kind , transparent & straightforward , his explanation of his professional findings were logical & concise . The rationale for clinical investigations ( in my case x-rays, blood tests & MRI ) were fully explained , they were completed very promptly from my first appointment .Mr Bajaj explained my diagnosis fully , giving proven scientific evidence of U.K and worldwide treatments for my conditions /s. Treatment options open to me , their benefits & risks were discussed in an unhurried clear manner ,this allowed me to digest & understand all of the information . Mr Bajaj's encouragement of a two way conversation enabled me to make well informed decisions regarding conservative aspects of my treatment ( physiotherapy & foot injections )and the timing of my foot surgery . My foot surgery was seamless , again all explained ,no surprises - Mr Bajaj fully participates with all the hospital team /staff who are caring for you . Recovery from surgery uneventful & timely , because of MR Bajaj's explanations , professional diligence & arrangements I fully understood what I needed to do post operatively to aid my recovery . From start to finish Mr Bajaj's professional service , skills , care & attention was exceptional ...
