Dr Jacobs is very welcoming and reassuring. He spoke to my daughter to understand things from her perspective and made her feel very involved in her consultation. He is amazing with children and was very thorough. He was keen to find out how my daughter was doing the next day and called to see how she got on at school. My husband and I visited Dr Chin around 18-24 months ago with our then 1 year old daughter, with a daily wet cough who brought up mucous on a regular basis. I just wanted to say thank you for taking us seriously and seeking help for our daughter- she's recently had some stitches put in her larynx for a cleft larynx. It seems this was allowing fluids to leak into her lungs causing the persistent infections and ill health. Since the stitches she has been in the best health we have ever had her in, so thank you!!!! Without the support of Dr Chin, our daughter wouldn't be where she is now, a mostly healthy 3 year old.
