A very positive experience from arriving at reception onwards. All staff were very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend the hospital to others

The nurses and staff were excellent, explained what was happening at various stages and helped to put us at ease.

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

Friendly and efficient staff who, I felt, were very caring and concerned for my wellbeing. Outcome was what I hoped for but would have liked a little more flexibility in terms of timing.
