The treatment I have received at the priory, and specifically from my therapist, has been exemplary. Mwansa has been patient, kind and understanding whilst being hugely knowledgeable and asking me the difficult questions to help me better understand myself. I am in a far better position than I was when I started. The hospital is on wonderful grounds, some of the internal rooms are a little tired but that does not take away from the treatment offered.

Held Health has been excellent in providing an autism assessment and therapy after my diagnosis. I was very impressed by the efficiency and organisation of the admin team so I was never in doubt when it came to when my appointments were. They answered any questions that I had quickly with great care and consideration.

Everyone at the Schoen Clinic is extremely friendly, helpful and kind. During my first visit I was very nervous but was quickly put at ease by the staff. All the clinicians that I have worked with have been absolutely fantastic and the experience has genuinely been transformative.

After going to the priory and having an awful experience finding Ian was an absolute life saver. Working through various elements of my addiction and learning the science of the brain just made understanding how I was feeling so much simpler. There were challenges along the way, a lot of soul searching but Ian was there all the way. I recently had a relapse but our relapse plan was executed exactly as we planned it, a message was answered quickly and even on a Saturday Ian made the time to talk me through it all. I recommend Ian very highly, saved me from imploding and given me new energy and thought processes. Thanks very much!

Overall very good

Orri has been an incredibly impactful experience for me, within the stream, in group therapy, and in my one to one spaces. I have had a great care team that I really cherish, and I am going to miss being here. There were some things I didn’t like and somber therapists I didn’t connect to, but overall it’s been very transformative for me. I think there can be more groups that are varied and streams should be listened to when they have preferences for certain EDAs and therapists, but a lot about Orri is great.
