I came to Infinity for help with my drinking problem, and it has helped me achieve by far my longest period of sobriety ever. I started with the Day-Hab programme, which was incredibly informative, teaching me about the physical and psychological causes of addiction. I also picked up several tools for dealing with cravings, difficult emotions and triggers which help me stay sober to this day. The therapists on this course are knowledgeable, understanding and completely non-judgemental, and were very patient with me as I started my journey of sobriety. I continue to have sessions with Ian whose expertise in addiction is second to none. He is truly passionate about recovery and will go above and beyond to support your sobriety. He has persevered with me through very difficult times and picked me up after falls, guiding me through every step of life in recovery with empathy, wisdom and genuine compassion. I had tried and failed for years with different therapists and support groups, but this organisation has truly changed my life for the better. It’s no exaggeration to say that I am living a life beyond what I thought possible in recovery, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Infinity to anyone struggling with any form of addiction. I cannot even begin to tell you how much Ian has helped the family. One of our family members suffered from addiction and reached out to the rehab. They was not only supporting our family member, but also the rest of the family effected by addiction. Half way through my coarse now and all I can say is thank you so much to the team at infinity. Ian, Silvia, James and Doug have all been amazing and words cannot explain how much better I feel now.i have struggled with drug addiction my whole adult life aswell as drinking problems.the team have all helped me not only understand addiction but beat it.the day i met Ian for the 1st time was a very good day and im glad it happened. After going to the priory and having an awful experience finding Ian was an absolute life saver. Working through various elements of my addiction and learning the science of the brain just made understanding how I was feeling so much simpler. There were challenges along the way, a lot of soul searching but Ian was there all the way. I recently had a relapse but our relapse plan was executed exactly as we planned it, a message was answered quickly and even on a Saturday Ian made the time to talk me through it all. I recommend Ian very highly, saved me from imploding and given me new energy and thought processes. Thanks very much!

I found the whole process extremely helpful. Ian made me feel comfortable and at ease which helped me talk in detail about my own personal situation and has really helped me understand how to manage my issues.

I contacted Infinity Addiction for help with an alcohol programme. The one to one sessions were brilliant in helping me to understand my issues with alcohol and the tools to help me stay off the drink. Having just completed the 9 week dayhab programme I am feeling better than I have ever felt.
