I have reflected a lot on the difficult few years that we have had with our daughter (thankfully now well on the road to a full recovery). During that time, out of everyone that supported her, Dr. Mistry had the most positive impact. From the first meeting when he called out her eating disorder (a huge relief to me after fighting for the previous 6 months to get her help), his clear recommendation of inpatient care, his attention and care during her time in hospital and eventually her discharge to day support. I trusted Dr. Mistry fully from Day 1; he was always clear, professional, direct (but with compassion), entirely patient-centred and extremely responsive in terms of communication. When we were at sea, living in terror, his support and guidance were invaluable. I count ourselves very lucky to have found Dr. Mistry at that time of crisis. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I am so glad that I found Elizabeth, I think everyone needs an ‘Elizabeth’ in their life. She allowed so much time to me to listen & to explain the impact of the feelings I had carried with me since childhood. There was a pre session discussion and a follow up to the actual hypnotherapy. On the day of my hypnotherapy, I woke up to a feeling of hopelessness, Elizabeth changed all that. During the session I never felt rushed or that a timer was going to ping at any minute to be told my session was over, it was the opposite. Dr. Aisan has a warm, engaging personality that instantly puts you at ease. She is excellent at knowing the right questions to ask and ensuring you look to within yourself for the answers.
