Nurses are super kind!

I found Cleveland Clinic to be a great experience. Everything seem to be top class, from the facilities, the equipment and the people I interacted with. Also upon my initial consultation, they were also able to do all my required examinations on the spot (Blood test, ECG, echocardiogram and patch heart rate monitor) which is something I was not expecting at all!

I had a good experience at the Lindo Ward, but I feel that in terms of nursing, there should be more staff as sometimes the nurses were very busy. Also, the bathrooms could be cleaned more and rubbish removed from the bins etc. Otherwise, staff were helpful and friendly. Disposable bed pans should also not be used more than once.

During my procedure, I was unlucky, and the nurse in charge of helping me through the night after the surgery was very bad; she was more concerned about dismissing patients than my awful pain, so I kept complaining until the head of nurses went and helped me. Overall, all the other staff were very friendly and helpful during my recovery and procedure.

Able to use facilities across the NHS trust so was able to use a cancellation slot at st Mary’s to get a same day MRI . Prefer that support private care in NHS hospitals so that resources go back in to the NHs hospitals

I am beyond impressed with the level of care I have received from the Holly Private Hospital and it’s amazing staff. The staff ensure that post procedure my family who had come to visit me and take me home were well informed on after care. Every member of the team from the nurses, anaesthetists and doctors took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions thoroughly, making me feel valued, cared for and ultimately safe. The facilities at the Holly House are top-notch. The hospital is clean, modern, and well-equipped. My room was comfortable, and the environment was calm and conducive to healing allowing me to focus on preparing myself mentally for my procedure. Overall, my experience at The Holly Private Hospital has exceeded my expectations. The combination of skilled professionals, great facilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care makes for an exemplary institution.
