A very warm and kind nature, asked appropriate questions and provided some medication that was particularly suitable for this period in my life (so her knowledge of products is high).

Dr Anderson provided immensely valuable care and guidance in seeing me at short notice, taking time to listen to my issues with the longstanding ulcerative colitis and went over and above in offering advice and best plan of treatment going forward even though that would be with the NHS. A genuine nice person.
