Date: November 5,2025 Time : 10:32 Am Location: GP Receptionist Area Reef Mall I walked in to see the GP doctor.The receptionist adviced me to go to primecorp,saying that all the GPs were there.I was hesistant to go, as my colleague had informed me that her check up was done at Reef mall.To confirm, I called my colleague,and she confirmed that her visit indeed at reef mall. I then returned to the receptionist and explained that my insurance is covered at reef mall.I also mentioned that i could see the internal medicine doctor there,as my colleague had advised.However,the receptionist argued with me and said that I would to pay AED 50,speaking with a rude facial expression.I replied that was fine to pay. I politely told him that next time,he should provide clearer advice to customers,as we may not know all the details.He continued agruing, so I stopped him and said that if he had just apologized,I would have understood.I then left Unfortunately,I forgot to get his name. The receptionist was MALE; nationality unknown Big Thanks to the staff in the Internal medicine department from the receptionist to the doctor for being so hepful and friendly.

I have been attending this clinic for the past month or so , I have to say my daughters physio Therapiest Daniela in Up and running have been absolutely phenomenal, super passionate 100% with about daughter case. , her passion wanting to see the best for my daughter’s scoliosis absolutely made me as a mother at ease comfortable to drive more than half an hour to clinic just to have my daughter in her hands . She was the first one to find out about my daughter shorter leg than the other leg and how it affected her hip and the way she stands. We were able to fix this problem that was one the biggest stress for me as a mother Super happy and grateful already see tremendous results with my daughters back and pain gone 98% of the time. Thanks is not enough . Will drive even an hour if I have to, have to say one of the best physio Therapiest I dealt with in Dubai. Super friendly, patient, great teacher to my daughter even though she had a bad injury in her arm yet she gave her all to help my daughter Thank you a million and so glad God led me to you .

Please feel free to reach out to me if you need any further clarification or support. Issue: Currently, two separate tokens are required — one for the appointment and another for the payment. Even after taking a prior appointment, we are again asked to take a token upon visiting the center. I believe this process can be simplified — ideally by using a single token for all related transactions. Additionally, an e-token system could be introduced to make the process more efficient and sustainable — no paper required! After the consultation, another token needs to be taken near the cash counter, which seems unnecessary. The system should instead reuse the initial token and call the same number for payment on a FIFO (First In, First Out) basis. Infact during my initial visits i didn't know i need to take token itslef.

I had a terrible experience at Prime Medical Centre Al Nahda Sharjah. I visited three times for a lab test with my wife, and the service was extremely bad. The reception staff kept giving conflicting information about the timing—first saying we could come in the morning or evening, then insisting the test could only be done in the evening. When we went to the lab, the nurses gave us completely different instructions. The staff seem untrained and unaware of the proper procedures, and they do not communicate with each other. The service is very poor, and the staff’s behavior is unprofessional. I even spoke to the manager, Mr. Fayas, who was dismissive and acted like nothing was wrong. Overall, the service is a waste, and many other people were complaining in front of me. I strongly request that staff, especially reception and nurses, be properly trained on the procedures and timings. Except doctor

She took the time to explain and show him every tool she was going to use, and that made all the difference. He went from shivering and shaking on the chair to smiling and looking forward to his visits! Now, whenever I tell him we’re going to see Dr. Saba, he actually gets excited. Truly the best orthodontist in Abu Dhabi . Thank you, for making this such a positive experience for my little one!

I had a telehealth appointment which went all smooth but the follow up calls for my sick leave and medicines were so poor, nobody had contacted me or sent a payment link for such. Had multiple calls and it’s always the same response I’ll forward your call and then I’m kept on hold until the calls hangs up. Even after specifying that this is the scenario the response back is we will send an urgent message to reply back and again the same results. As, a patient I don’t think I need to keep doing follow up calls just to get my medications and reports.
