During every visit, she never failed to explain the pros and cons of every request and delivery plan. She made sure I was well-informed and empowered to make the right decisions for my body and my pregnancy. This meant so much to me, especially since I was also a high-risk pregnancy. She is passionate, supportive, and genuinely caring. Her aura is light and positive, and she always greets you with a warm smile that instantly puts you at ease. I also want to commend her nurse, Margaret, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She always kept me updated with my test results and consistently checked in on how I was doing, which made the entire experience even more reassuring. I gave birth to my baby girl on December 13, 2025. I went into labor without induction or epidural, and there was a moment when I almost gave up and requested an epidural. But I am so grateful for Dr. Iza’s words of encouragement. Knowing she was there guiding me through every painful contraction gave me the strength to keep going. Her calm presence and constant guidance helped me survive each contraction until my baby was finally in my arms. I would highly recommend Dr. Iza Roelle Maniego to any mama especially those considering VBAC who is looking for a doctor who truly listens, explains, supports, and believes in you. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the amazing nurses at Prime Hospital who took care of me during labor and delivery. This experience will forever stay in my heart. However, over the past one year, I have noticed a significant issue with the pharmacy services, especially during peak hours. The waiting time has become much longer than expected, often exceeding one hour. This is very difficult and exhausting for patients, particularly those who are already unwell and do not have the energy to wait for such long periods. I am sharing this feedback not only for myself but also to help improve the experience for other patients. When I was given injection the nurse dropped some liquid side on the floor. I said oh ! Bus she picked it up and continued. Needle was in my arm but syringe side should have replaced.. it’s still not acceptable. It’s too late. What responsibility will you take if I get infected. I’m very much concerned. Some nurse are so good. It’s my first time that I saw her. About cashier. I’ve been requested invoice for sick leave. I spoke to the cashier who is philipina process my payment right after finished my payment. I waited whole day nothing find in my email. I called via phone call for three time. Still haven’t find any. I emailed help desk and no reaction. I AM STILL WAITING INVOICE FOR SICK LEAVE!!! WHAT IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Usually I understand they are busy it’s understandable. But this time multiple things … it’s terribly bad.

our appointment with Dr. Trivedi at 2:30 PM and by the time we reached clinic was 2:44 and we called out on our token @2:52 by the time receptionist told us that Dr have stop taking patients as he finish his day at 3 which we respect but still it was not 3 PM i found Dr leaving in front of me and i still requested and apologize for being late and he refused completely to see my son and left @2:54 pm saying his room has been taken by other fellow Dr. where i saw room was taken way after he left. and he didnt bother to my son at all

Went for a checkup - determined I needed a root canal. Dr advised she will submit for approval and refer to another branch. 3 days later I called to follow up as I received confirmation of an approval. She booked for oasis branch but no submission for the root canal was done , only x ray. Oasis now wants a new consult and new submission. A complete waste of time . I’ve requested for my x rays to use a more efficient establishment.

The staff didnt guide us properly regarding the vaccination procedure. We had to meet many persons. Finally cashier told us the its not covered under insurance. I called my insurance helpline, they said they never received any request from prime. Finally after lot of wait time got the vaccination. The process and procedure for vaccination ( with insurance approval) needs to be improved.
