I’ve been a frequent visitor for nearly 15 years at Prime MC Arabian center. This was my first time at the 06 mall branch since my recent move. Overall staff interaction was good although the speed at which they work could be improved. My main dissatisfaction was Dr. Khalida. She was not friendly or comforting. She did not explain my diagnosis or my treatment. She dismissed me quickly without listening to me, I assumed it was due to her shift end. The chairs placed for patients to sit in her room were so far away from her desk, it was inconvenient to speak as I had a very bad throat and could not speak loudly. I doubt she heard anything I said and I had to keep repeating myself when it was painful to speak as it is. I have never experienced a doctor to be so distant and disinterested in their patient.

Dr Prashant Sharma is a fantastic doctor. We rate him very very highly. However, I am against the practice of the hospital sending the prescription directly to the pharmacy. It should be made available at the time of consultation. It should be our choice where we want to go. Some of us don’t have the time to wait in long lines and this forces us to choose your pharmacy over another one which delivers to our home. I don’t like such practices! I regard them as an unethical or unnecessary practice. No client should be forced to choose a pharmacy as it should be our choice based on convenience and time. That said, I like Prime Hospital. I only dislike the practice.

Although there can sometimes be a long queue, the quality of care and attention given to each patient makes the wait worthwhile. Dr Haydee quickly and accurately diagnosed my specific psoriasis skin condition, prescribing the appropriate gels and ointments. I’ve previously seen several dermatologists in the US and UK who suggested generic treatments of misdiagnosed exactly what was going on; both which lead to inferior suggestions which did not work. A few days into Dr Hayderi’s treatment plan and I’m already seeing much improved results!

It's end of the next day and still no email, called to follow up and was promised callback from nurse... Not enjoying waiting time and that I have to follow up to get documents.

Our experience with Dr. Saba has always been excellent from the past many years. She is very warm and knowledgable. Feedback for pharmacy - They delivwr the medicines late always. Prescription was ready by 1 pm and delivery was done by 8:30pm, once at 11 pm too. The sense of urgency is missing. Delivery services need to improve.
