I went to the clinic Wednesday night after work as I was having trouble breathing, colds, headaches and had some chest pain that day and numbness on the gums. Doctor did some tests but before the results even arrived he said probably iron deficiency and B12 deficiency. Something about gastrtitis and allergies. He prescribed meds for gastritis, allergies, and then paracetamol. Told me to come back Friday to discuss test results since he’s not working on Thursday. Thursday morning, I woke up worse than the day before and had to take a sick leave. Thursday was when the results came but still no diagnosis from the doctor. I came back Friday as he asked. He said iron deficiency hence the iron supplements and also mild bronchitis but no need for antibiotics just cough syrup. When I asked for a sick leave certificate he said he can’t give one for Thursday, only Friday. Does that make sense?! He knew I was sick Wednesday night. That’s when I did the tests. He can confirm I’m still ill Friday. What do you think I was doing Thursday?!? Pilates?!? Of course, I was sick then! And he’s the one that told me not to come Thursday. Not even the end of it. He also did not discuss anything about the gastritis or the B12 deficiency he mentioned. No explanation. Worse still, the sick leave certificate that I had to pay AED 80 for does not mention the mild anemia and mild bronchitis even though he has prescription for them! The sick certificate only says common cold and cough! Ridiculous. And when I brought this up to nurse and reception— no help whatsoever.

Dr. Hussain explained everything clearly, answered our questions patiently, and ensured that I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the consultation. His professionalism, medical expertise, and genuine concern for patient well-being truly stood out. Doctors like Dr. Hussain Ismail are the reason patients feel safe placing their trust in a healthcare facility. I am very grateful for the care I received and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a doctor who is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely patient-centered.

I met the dentist at 2:00pm, before that I asked if dental coverage was included in my insurance plan and you guys said yes and I went ahead and consulted then you guys call me at 6 pm to pay 250aed for consultation and get reimbursed ? I double checked before the consultation because I’m switching the insurance company and this will be done in 3 days , meaning no money will be refunded. And I have to pay this ? It is my health, on that we agree but I love to be informed so I plan my money. BTW this is a mistake from both our sides , mostly yours thou ! So we should both pay so a 50% discount sounds reasonably fair given that you didn’t give me choice to . I could have waited for the insurance change or found a cheaper option. Apart from these, the Doctors were Both Great and friendly.

I would like to share my experience with Dr. Usha Kiran, whom I truly believe is one of the best gynecologists in Dubai. She performed my myomectomy surgery, which lasted nearly 4 hours and was quite complex due to my multiple previous C-section pregnancies. Despite the challenges, she managed to save my uterus and remove only the fibroids. Her expertise and calm approach gave me so much confidence. Dr. Usha Kiran is extremely kind, patient, and supportive. She explained the entire procedure in detail and made sure I understood everything, which really helped ease my anxiety. I would also like to thank the staff at Prime Hospital Al Garhoud for their excellent care and attention. My stay was very comfortable, and I felt well looked after throughout. Highly recommended.

I went there to do the next checkup after taking all the medicines, before I came I have asked if it is okay to change the doctor since my previous doctor is on leave so they gave another but that new one is not clear with everything she just wasted my time going and paying the fees. She asked me to lay down coz she wanted to check but suddenly changed her mind and rescheduled me again . I supposed to have another ultrasound on the same day too but nothing happened.. she was in hurry and even asked me to go in without checking my bp and other stats first. She just read my previous results even if I already knew it and im totally clear about it

Priority should be given to patients with scheduled appointments. The cashier area should function strictly as a cashier counter only, not as an additional processing or triage point. When patients—especially those who are already sick—are kept waiting longer than necessary, it increases their risk of exposure and puts everyone in the facility at higher risk. Streamlining patient flow will help reduce congestion, improve safety, and ensure faster service for those who need care.

CT Angiogram: Dr Ramy is great! calm and explains everything and his report is very high quality. Dexa scan body fat analysis: poor experience: the machine and output is great. but the written report is very low quakity. it says BMI and whether over weight or underweight, etc. well i can tell that using bathroom scale. i don’t need a. dexa scan for that. Dexa can tell fat free mass index and apendicuksr mass index and visceral fat and t score for BMD. none of that is discussed.

Everytime i book an appointment but they keep letting patient ( walk in ) to enter before me I work in a hospital - walk in patient will enter only if the appointments are cancelled or the other patients are late and so on Please this is not my first time and nurses call my name once and the.
