I had my surgery at Prime Hospital Garhoud with Dr. Rafat Samuel, and I am very grateful for the excellent care I received. Dr. Rafat is an exceptional surgeon he explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and gave me full confidence before the operation. The surgery went smoothly, and his professionalism and kindness truly stand out. A special thanks also to Nurse Aksa (Al quasis), who took care of me both before and after the surgery. She was extremely supportive, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Her care made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable. Both Dr. Rafat and Nurse Aksa ( Al Quasis branch ) went above and beyond, and I highly recommend Prime medical center for anyone seeking quality medical care.

Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory due to blunt behaviour of staff, long waiting time, unprofessional staff behavior, unclear communication, etc.]. I believe this is an area that needs improvement, as it impacts patients’ trust and comfort. I hope you can look into this matter to ensure a better experience for future patients. The doctor (Tamer) and all the nurses who treated me are very friendly, approachable and calming. They made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The whole experience was very pleasant especially considering the circumstances under which I have visited due to my condition. Recent visit to the center is good , I prefer from the reception they guide or suggest to seek subject matter specialist rather patient go for general and internal medicine specialist Example if the receptionist educate the patient about the endocrinologist patient listen and get appropriate health support rather getting indirect medicine from general and internal specialists They are trying wz some medicine

We had an appointment with my kid today and had to some lab and xray. All the staffs from the reception, nurses, assistants, lab technician and in radiology department are so welcoming. Even the cleaners are always smiling. Great to come knowing that the ambience is so light and smooth because of all the staffs. Specially our most favorite Dr. Abdullah Konbous, always smiling and approachable.
