Experience at the facility itself was great. WhatsApp communication is poor with around 5 hours of wait time for responses, that’s if I get a response at all. Many cases where my messages would just be read and ignored.

I came with Lower back pain and it was my first visit, the therapist rejected to see me because I was 8 mints late to the appointment, he was telling me this in a “funny way”this is a Disrespectful approach and not acceptable at all.

Visited Up and Running to tackle my longstanding back pain. After 5 sessions with Phil I’m like a new person.

During my appointment, Dr.Ryan took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assess my condition. He explained the treatment plan he had in mind and made sure I was comfortable with it before proceeding. The adjustment itself was gentle and effective, and I felt immediate relief after just one session . Not only has my back pain improved significantly, but I also feel more knowledgeable about how to take care of my spine and prevent future issues. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Ryan for anyone in need of chiropractic care. His expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for his patients are truly commendable. I am grateful for the positive impact he has had on my well-being. I also know that i have to follow the recommendations and return for further treatment , hopefully when i have more time because of the job i do.
