I celebrated my 3 month a-knee-versary yesterday. I worked with Jemma during my prehab phase to get me physically and mentally ready for surgery. I’m currently working with Jemma on my ACLR rehab .. you can’t enunciate her name without saying ‘gem’ because she truly is one! As an avid sportswoman, she understands the frustrations involved in injuries and is able to tackle those in her informative, educational and sports-specific approach. I know what I’m doing but most importantly, she makes sure I know why I’m doing it. We are currently working on the rehab program that is designed with clear timelines, milestones, goals and objectives based on my individual needs and progression. She makes sure the rehab program is challenging but also fun and aims at restoring conscious confidence in movement .. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
