1. My prime app needs to improve - it takes time to load and sometimes not updated. 2. Reception server was down - again IT issue. Please get your IT Team to keep on top of everything. 3. Insurance approval took so long and had to wait 2 hrs one day without finishing the job. 4. Follow up appointment was not booked within 7 days so had to pay co-payment again. 5. Blood tests between different departments could have been done in two days but had to come on 3 different days. 6. Staff is busy running around for multiple patients and not able to give clear instructions to patients of what to do. Please tell them to handle one patient fully even if busy, keep them informed before they keep following up. 7. People behind every desk get involved talking to colleagues rather than fully servicing the patient standing at the counter. 9. When we get an insurance approval, we get an email but what should I do after? Book appointment or not? What date should I coke for blood? Should I fast or not? Who will tell us this? 8. Overall doctors and nurses are great but your process and organisation are not uoto the mark. A process should be simple for a patient - please look into it seriously.

I been a patient for a very long time in Prime Medical Reefmall, i love the service and all the doctors and staff are very friendly. However my last visit yesterday was not so great. I was disappointed on the reception, when I enter I saw that the token machine is broken. So I stand in the queue. While waiting the filipina staff, entertained the patient who was just came in and not in the line. So i called her attention that I am in line. Thats the time she took my ID and explained to her that I only need 2nd dose of my iron. Then she pass me to the other lady which on the phone. Then after that the 2nd lady told me to sit and she will call me. After few minute the last row the guy has called me. I just find it so unprofessional as it not explained to why I need to jump to 3 reception staff. They should understand and have empathy to the patient as we are coming in the clinic because we are not well. Anyway, another staff(filipina) came and assist me thanks to her kindness. Please have a look on this maybe they just need a proper training how to handle this kind of situation. Thank you very much. Sincerely, Ana

I came today for my follow-up checkup and was advised to see the orthopedic doctor, Dr. Kiran Makwana, for my foot concerns. I was really amazed and satisfied with the consultation. He explained everything clearly what the cause of my condition is, the honest results of my tests, and gave me a lot of valuable advice. I felt very comfortable with him. I also want to appreciate the nurse who assisted me yesterday. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she was extremely nice and helpful. She supported me and held me while I was walking, as I was experiencing pain in my feet. Overall, my experience was amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Makwana he is a very kind and professional doctor.

I am very disappointed with the service I experienced. This is not the first time I have had to wait for more than an hour just to collect a prescription without even seeing the doctor. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not respectful and showed little concern for the inconvenience caused to patients. It is very frustrating to face repeated delays for something that should be a simple and quick process. The management should seriously look into improving the waiting times and ensuring that patients are treated with respect.
