I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Hussain Ismail, who treated me during our visit to Prime Medical Centre Ajman on 08 February. From the very start, Dr. Hussain was calm, attentive, and extremely thorough. He took the time to properly assess my condition and, most importantly, was very mindful of the fact that I am a heart patient. This level of awareness immediately gave me confidence and reassurance. He carefully reviewed my medical history and current medications, and made sure that the treatment and medications he prescribed would not interfere with my existing heart medications. His approach was both cautious and well-informed, striking the right balance between treating my immediate condition effectively while prioritizing my long-term health and safety. Dr. Hussain explained everything clearly, answered our questions patiently, and ensured that I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the consultation. His professionalism, medical expertise, and genuine concern for patient well-being truly stood out. Doctors like Dr. Hussain Ismail are the reason patients feel safe placing their trust in a healthcare facility. My OB Gyne doctor is ok but there’s really an issue with the waiting time and they are not following the scheduled appointment. I waited for a long time just to get checked. I arrived on time for my 8:20 PM appointment but the nurse let me in after 9PM and when it was my turn they were all in a hurry as it was probably near the closing time. Many times I have visited for my checkup and I always wait for a minimum of 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment which is ridiculous. What is the point of booking in advance if they are not going to follow the timing. I come on time for my appointment but I always get frustrated from waiting long time. I am pregnant and it stresses me out. Hoping to see some improvement when it comes to managing patient’s schedule especially they are dealing with pregnant women.

I would like to share my experience with Dr. Usha Kiran, whom I truly believe is one of the best gynecologists in Dubai. She performed my myomectomy surgery, which lasted nearly 4 hours and was quite complex due to my multiple previous C-section pregnancies. Despite the challenges, she managed to save my uterus and remove only the fibroids. Her expertise and calm approach gave me so much confidence. Dr. Usha Kiran is extremely kind, patient, and supportive. She explained the entire procedure in detail and made sure I understood everything, which really helped ease my anxiety. I would also like to thank the staff at Prime Hospital Al Garhoud for their excellent care and attention. My stay was very comfortable, and I felt well looked after throughout. Highly recommended.

This is the first time we experiencing very bad customer service from Prime, not a delay, not caring the patients, not considering the value of time for any patient. the consultation itself taken time, after that we had to wait for more than 45 minutes till nobody came to give the nebulization for my daughter, I had to leave the clinic without taking treatment. The nurse mentioned you go and tell the reception not register more customers as there is crowd, which they are not able to manage. They are not well-versed to how to handle the crowd and provide customer service, better you change the nurses who are not good enough to handle the crowd, or you manage the appointments the way they can manage.

The experience at the primary medical center today was not satisfactory. We waited for over an hour for approval for my wife’s blood test, but the approval never came. As a result, our time was wasted. When we approached the staff, they attempted to contact the concerned department via a landline for approval; however, there was no response, as no one answered the calls. I also tried calling multiple times without success. Ultimately, the entire visit was spent waiting for medical approval, making the overall experience disappointing

Priority should be given to patients with scheduled appointments. The cashier area should function strictly as a cashier counter only, not as an additional processing or triage point. When patients—especially those who are already sick—are kept waiting longer than necessary, it increases their risk of exposure and puts everyone in the facility at higher risk. Streamlining patient flow will help reduce congestion, improve safety, and ensure faster service for those who need care.

I had a really good experience at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital. The hospital is very clean, well-organised, and everything from registration to consultation was smooth and efficient. I was seen by Dr. Khashayar Ghiassi, who was calm, professional, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend both the hospital and the doctor!!!
