I booked an orthopedic appointment by phone for my son after he injured his leg. After a long wait at registration, I was informed that my insurance does not cover this specific orthopedic doctor, even though my insurance is covered at this medical center and covers all other doctors. I was later told that the issue is that the doctor is new and his insurance paperwork is not yet completed. This is an internal administrative issue and should not affect patients. The doctor is actively working at the medical center and seeing patients, yet my son was refused consultation unless I paid cash. No one informed me of this issue during the phone booking. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy or apology, despite my son being on a wheelchair and in need of urgent orthopedic care. Even after being seen by a Family Medicine doctor and advised to consult an orthopedic specialist, registration still refused to allow access to the orthopedic doctor for the same reason. This experience shows poor communication, mismanagement, and lack of patient care, and caused significant stress and inconvenience. I am extremely dissatisfied and expect this matter to be addressed to prevent it from happening again.

Dr Anil Kumar ( endocrinologist ) is the best doctor and my favorite doctor in UAE He diagnose the issue and treat immediately I have recommended him to many of my friends and colleagues, and they have not been disappointed either so far he is indeed one of the greatest and most professional doctors PRIME has ever had.. My OB Gyne doctor is ok but there’s really an issue with the waiting time and they are not following the scheduled appointment. I waited for a long time just to get checked. I arrived on time for my 8:20 PM appointment but the nurse let me in after 9PM and when it was my turn they were all in a hurry as it was probably near the closing time. Many times I have visited for my checkup and I always wait for a minimum of 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment which is ridiculous. What is the point of booking in advance if they are not going to follow the timing. I come on time for my appointment but I always get frustrated from waiting long time. I am pregnant and it stresses me out. Hoping to see some improvement when it comes to managing patient’s schedule especially they are dealing with pregnant women.

This is the second time that we visited Advanced Care Oncology Center for a PET Scan for my wife. Our experience has been extremely good in both occasions. While all the team members at Advanced Care Oncology Center have been extraordinarily kind and supportive (from walking into the facility to registration to medical support etc.), I must mention Ms Liz who made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Above all, I had the opportunity of meeting Mr Basheer (Managing Director) of Advanced Care Oncology Center. He is an outstanding gentleman. His warmth and kindness is exemplary. This doctor is very compassionate to all her patients you can fell him during every conversation. He speaks clear enough and he entertainment my questions and clarification. He don't felt hurry even though there is a lot of patients queue he will ensure that your time visiting him is make you comfortable despite of sickness. I visit some Filipino doctor but I can fully attest that Dr.Denisse is best.
