From the reception to until pharmacy serves is worse, reception guy talking with me Hindi & as per him he thought i’m a Indian hence he have my Emirates ID then when i say i’m from srilanka both receptionist in the counter laughed really don’t know what was funny there. Then I moved to the another room lady was taking temperature she was measured my height then said wait, i was waiting then again she telling me to wait bit higher voice i told her I’m waiting here she telling come weight, she has talking something without knowingly she can ask that can you move to weighing area? Not just like wait.. spent more than 3 hours to overall until i get medicine, i believe that’s not every patience wants from your clinic. Kind reminder who ever coming to take medicine those people are not Indians only.

Got my facial done at Perla Clinic and my skin has never felt THIS clean. 🫣 I always thought my exfoliating at home was enough, but apparently not, I had so many blackheads and stuff hiding under my skin that only showed up when they started the treatment. This facial is on another level… it’s a medical facial, not your usual spa/salon type. Honestly, 10/10. Their customer service is amazing too. The doctor even checked my skin before the facial to recommend what’s actually right for me. Everything felt customized, gentle, and super professional. I’m definitely coming back!

We had a very good experience from the time we walked in and out of the hospital when we brought on aged Dad who had very high BP. The staff were wery empathetic, attentive and reassuring. A special shout out to the nurse who checked his vitals soon after the registration. When she saw very high BP reading, she very calmly without causing any panic switched to a manual BP reading, which evidenced her expertise and the second reading did show a lower reading. This sort of calmed our Dad who was quite disturbed.
