Dr Sanjay at Al Zahra is professional, caring and very patient focused. I went to Dr Sanjay with a case of my ureter stents being replaced every 6-8 months after an initial stone removal by laser not done well by another hospital & doc (not mentioning names), where my upper ureter got damaged and developed a stricture. Dr Sanjay advised removal of the stricture through a surgery. We took time and other opinions to arrive on the fact that the surgery was unavoidable, to ensure any further complications or stents to support the ureter. Dr Sanjay was very patient and let us arrive on the decision ourselves and provided for a few months all the information in full transparency we needed to take a decision. I finally went through the laparoscopic surgery (4 hours+) and now under a recovery time frame hope all will be healed soon internally. I also would like to thank for his very caring staff and nurses at Al Zahra during and after my post procedure admission period. I am back on my feet and pray all will be well internally as well. I am writing a detailed notes because it’s been an anxious 2.5 years of visiting various docs and hospitals and procedures, and finally looks like there is a resolution, for what could have been a simple stone removal laser procedure by the first doctor at another place. But no one to blame here. Only to thank for now and pray to God for my complete healing, and for all patients out there to get the right first treatment because that matters when it comes to our bodies.

My appointment was scheduled at 8:45 PM. Upon arrival, the male Filipino staff at the reception was on his phone and took around two minutes to notice me before directing me to the second reception for the Pulmonology Department. The doctor consultation itself was satisfactory. However, the nurse appeared to be in a hurry, likely due to shift ending, and I was instructed to go to another clinic for my nebulization. While I understand shift constraints, the transition was not handled well. At the second reception, the male Indian staff was rude when I asked where I could have the nebulization. He questioned me about who my nurse was—something I would not reasonably know, as nurses are not introduced to patients as they are in other hospitals. When I explained this, he simply told me to “go there and find a nurse myself,” which was unprofessional. When I eventually found a nurse, she administered the nebulization but left me unattended, instructed me to stay for 10 minutes, and told me to turn the machine off myself. She did not check on me again. During the treatment, the hose disconnected because it was not properly attached. Fortunately, I knew how to fix it myself. Overall, the experience reflected poor service, lack of coordination, and inadequate patient care, particularly from the reception and nursing staff. I hope this feedback helps improve patient experience moving forward.

I had an appointment today with the urologist Dr. Abu Talib, who sits at the Arabian Center branch of Prime Medical. I visited him, saw his face, exchanged a couple of words. He asked me two questions and prescribed an ultrasound and a test. However, the doctor who was supposed to perform the ultrasound was not available, and I was told to come back tomorrow. Unfortunately, tomorrow wasn’t possible for me due to other commitments. I mentioned I would consult another doctor. At that point, he told me I had to pay for the consultation charges, despite not prescribing any medicine or providing any treatment. On top of that, he spoke to me very rudely. You can check my history—I’ve been using Prime Medical for a long time, including the Nadha branch, Arabian Center branch, Al Warqa branch, and Prime Hospital. You can check this under my registration number. I felt extremely bad about how the doctor behaved. Then, Mr. Ala helped me, and I consulted Dr. Saboor Rizvi Syed at the Prime Medical Reef Mall branch. Please ensure you follow up with the doctor to understand why he behaved so disrespectfully toward me.

Dear Prime Services Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. I had an appointment for my child scheduled at 7:40. Due to personal reasons, I informed your staff in advance that I would be coming as a walking customer. Despite arriving on time, several patients who came after us were allowed to see the doctor before my child. As a result, my wife, my child, and I had to wait for almost one hour before being attended to. This situation was extremely inconvenient, especially with a child. Additionally, I noticed that only one staff member was handling customer service at that time, which led to a very long waiting queue and added to the delay. Overall, the poor queue management and limited staffing made the experience very unpleasant. I believe the management needs to seriously review and improve the appointment handling and customer service process to avoid such issues in the future I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the quality of service.

My appointment was scheduled at 6:40 PM. Due to traffic while traveling from Sharjah to the clinic, I arrived slightly late at 6:55 PM. A male nurse did not allow me to directly see the doctor and advised me to wait for one hour. When I eventually saw the doctor, I was asked to undergo an X-ray. After the X-ray, I had to wait again for approximately 20 minutes. The doctor informed me that everything looked fine and prescribed a gel to apply along with painkillers. However, I am concerned because I am still experiencing shoulder pain, and I am unsure why the pain persists if everything appears normal. Additionally, the male nurse informed me that physiotherapy approval would take approximately three days.

I was with my husband, I am pregnant and staff at cash counter Fahad Palekar was very rude and disrespectfull, he was literally shouting at us for not being available when token came we requested him as we had multiple appointments and there was rush. So we sat on other side it took a while to come till cash counter . Moreover the cashier showed us his batch to go ahead and put complaint . He need to be polite with patients. This was raffle surprising and not at all acceptable behaviour

All staff are very friendly and professional. Doctors are VERY busy and my doctor spared max 7 mins for me, she didn’t tell me anything-what to do or not to do- unless I’ve asked. Noone asked about my other conditions or if i am using any medicine etc. She said she would call me the same day after my blood test and xray results and noone called me. I’ve called the day after only finding out that the doctor is off.

I got 2 appointments booked with Dr Marianna, pediatrician and Dr Mattias, with Dr Marianna it was at 9 am at Medows, she wasn't there, upon checking with the staff she needed 15 min to reach. Dr Maria's turned out yo be on the Palm though there was no information about the location in the confirmation message. In general very disappointing and frustrating experience.
