Following his core orthopaedic surgery training, he undertook advanced post-fellowship training both nationally and internationally, focusing on anterior hip replacement and robotic knee surgery. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) and a Fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Association (FAOrthA).
