Dr Kent Lin

Dr Kent Lin is a Fertility Specialist, Obstetrician and Gynaecologist consulting at City Fertility in Sydney CBD, St Leonards and Chatswood. He has more than 15 years of experience in reproductive medicine and gynaecology, with expertise in IVF and fertility care, obstetrics, gynaecology and advanced laparoscopy.

He has a strong clinical interest in the management of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis and fertility preservation. He is known for his supportive and collaborative approach, ensuring patients are well-informed and empowered to make decisions throughout their fertility journey. Fluent in Mandarin, Hokkien, Taiwanese and Cantonese, Dr Lin provides care in five languages and has a particular focus on culturally appropriate treatment.

Dr Lin holds a Master of Medicine in Reproductive Health Sciences and Human Genetics and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG). He has completed two laparoscopic surgery fellowship programmes, one at the Centre for Advanced Reproductive Endosurgery in Sydney and another at the Advanced Endoscopic Gynaecological Oncology Centre at China Medical University Hospital in Taiwan, where he was involved in a pioneering programme on uterine transplantation.

Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Lin contributes to the education of medical students and junior doctors and regularly presents his research at national and international conferences.
