Dr Julian Sack

Dr Julian Sack is a highly regarded Ophthalmologist and Cataract and Refractive Surgeon based in Melbourne, Australia. With a patient-centred approach, he is dedicated to restoring and enhancing his patients' vision using advanced surgical techniques. Dr Sack is widely recognised for his clinical expertise and reassuring manner, ensuring that patients feel fully informed and comfortable throughout their treatment journey.

Dr Sack completed his medical degree, obtaining his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. He went on to earn his Fellowship in Ophthalmology in 1991 from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. After relocating to Australia to undertake a Senior Fellowship, he achieved further professional recognition, becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmology. He is also an active member of the medical community, serving as the Treasurer of the Victorian branch of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmology and sitting on the Steering Committee of the Australian Society of Ophthalmology.
