The doctor’s rooms were very professional, as were all the staff. They were efficient, friendly, and made the whole experience very comfortable. Appointments were always well organised and very timely, with hardly any waiting. I would happily recommend the entire team.

Nothing the wait time was good and staff helpful

Staff (including reception) are efficient and do their jobs well but are very "clinical" and appear aloof. Patients would feel more relaxed with a warm greeting at reception and a friendlier and slower approach from clinicians, with a clear explanation about each test being undertaken. These tests are particularly daunting for the elderly - I have witnessed elderly patients struggling to hear and to understand what they need to do and why each test needs to be done. What is daily routine for a practice can be frightening for an elderly person with sight, hearing and mobility problems.

I have find the staff and the doctor personable, friendly, efficient and able to answer any questions I have. They have been very amenable if I have had to change appointments.

With the specialist flying in fro Sydney, delays can occur due the the unexpected flight delays - this should be relayed to patients as soon as possible including expected delay
