Dr Joseph Jabbour

Dr. Joseph Jabbour is a specialist in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and Fertility based in Holland Park on Brisbane's Southside. His extensive training predominantly occurred in Queensland, including time at Logan Hospital and Mater Hospital Brisbane, a tertiary obstetrics unit.

Dr. Jabbour has completed advanced specialty training in gynaecological laparoscopy (keyhole surgery) and is a member of the Australian Gynaecological Endoscopy & Surgery Society (AGES). He is dedicated to performing minimally invasive procedures that facilitate a swift recovery with minimal pain, allowing patients to return to their daily activities quickly.

He is deeply committed to a holistic approach to fertility care, ensuring that his patients receive comprehensive support from pre-conception through to childbirth. Dr. Jabbour offers private consultations at Southside Ob-Gyn and holds admission rights at Sunnybank Private Hospital, Greenslopes Private Hospital, and The Wesley Hospital.

Dr. Jabbour provides flexible scheduling, including Saturday morning appointments, and is available to his patients 24/7. He is fluent in French and Arabic, which allows him to communicate effectively with a diverse patient base. After graduating with a Doctor of Medicine in 2004, Dr. Jabbour completed his obstetrics and gynaecology training across various Queensland Health hospitals. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) and holds a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Reproductive Medicine, and advanced training in urogynaecology and laparoscopy.

In 2017, Dr. Jabbour joined the Monash IVF network as a fertility specialist and offers appointments at the Wesley Hospital clinic in Auchenflower. His role at Sunnybank Women’s Centre encompasses a broad range of services related to women’s health, pregnancy, and fertility.
