After completing her Fellowship in obstetrics and gynaecology with honours, she moved to Queensland in 2008 to work at Mater Mother's Hospital in Brisbane. In 2010, she began her role as a specialist at Gold Coast University Hospital (GCUH) and has been providing care exclusively in private practice at Gold Coast Private Hospital since 2016.
