Dr James Roche

Dr James Roche is an accomplished orthopaedic surgeon. Dr Roche graduated with distinction in Medicine and Surgery from Imperial College School of Medicine, London. They then underwent Orthopaedic training at Nottingham University Hospital. Dr Roche further honed their skills through fellowships, including one focusing on complex joint replacements and another specialising in Revision Hip and Knee Replacement. Dr Roche was appointed as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, with a specialist interest in hip and knee surgery.

Dr Roche utilises both robotic surgery for hip replacements and the minimally invasive Direct Superior Approach. They provide comprehensive services for various knee injuries, including soft tissue knee surgery and ligament reconstruction. Dr Roche's extensive orthopaedic practice focuses on the lower limb. As a pioneer in the use of Robotic Surgery technology, Dr Roche has developed a strong partnership and regularly teaches other Orthopaedic surgeons advanced techniques.
