Grow Mindfully

Grow Mindfully: Centre for Psychology, Psychotherapy and Health is a group private practice based in Crows Nest on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. Established in 2018 by Dr. Karen Baikie, who has been in private practice in the area since 2000, Grow Mindfully brings together a community of independent psychologists, psychotherapists, and health practitioners who share a holistic, integrative approach to emotional and physical wellbeing.

Grow Mindfully is dedicated to offering a broad range of therapeutic services, with a strong emphasis on:

The team at Grow Mindfully works collaboratively with clients, providing a safe, empathic environment where individuals can explore their challenges, understand their origins, and develop practical resources and skills to enhance wellbeing and resilience.  The centre also prioritises the wellbeing of its practitioners, offering a nurturing community where clinicians are supported to do their best work.

The Community Clinic at Grow Mindfully extends accessible, lower-cost psychotherapy services to the wider community. In this space, Trainee Therapists offer therapy sessions as part of their advanced psychotherapy training. Therapies include mindfulness based, somatic therapies, counselling and CBT.  The Community Clinic embodies Grow Mindfully’s commitment to both community wellbeing and the development of the next generation of compassionate, skilled therapists.
