Sally Boore

Sally Boore is a holistic mind-body practitioner with over 20 years in private practice in Sydney. As a qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist, and Gestalt Psychotherapist, she offers both Nutritional/Naturopathic consultations and Psychotherapy/Counselling to individuals seeking deeper healing.

Driven by a passionate curiosity to uncover the root causes of brain, mood, and body imbalances, Sally specialises in the bi-directional relationship between the body and brain. In her naturopathic work, she supports individuals and families to reclaim health and vitality through nutritional analysis, gut health, environmental toxicity assessment, and functional pathology testing.

Sally has held a Masters in Gestalt Psychotherapy since 2019 and integrates this with training in Mindfulness, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Positive Neuroplasticity. She works with a wide range of concerns, including complex chronic illness such as Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome, gut-brain-immune dysregulation, chronic fatigue, pain, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

With a strong grounding in both biochemistry and somatic psychotherapies, Sally empowers clients to enhance nervous system regulation and body self-awareness. Outside of clinical work, she teaches on the connection between nutrition and mental health in corporate settings.
