Dr Zoe Cole is a dedicated Consultant Rheumatologist who provides compassionate and comprehensive care for patients managing a wide range of musculoskeletal and autoimmune conditions. Her clinical practice encompasses all core areas of general Rheumatology, with dedicated interest in bone health, metabolic bone disease, and inflammatory joint conditions. Dr Cole possesses extensive expertise in evaluating bone density, managing fracture risk, and treating osteoporosis. In managing inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, she employs modern therapeutic interventions, including biologic disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs) and targeted systemic treatments, to reduce joint inflammation and enhance overall quality of life.

In addition to her clinical roles, Dr Cole has held significant executive leadership appointments, including service as a Clinical Director and Divisional Medical Director. Her formal academic training includes an appointment as a Clinical Research Fellow at the University of Southampton within the Medical Research Council Lifecourse Epidemiology Unit, where she led research into bone physiology, osteoporosis epidemiology, and maternal bone health.
