Ms Hua Zen Ling (Zen)

Dr. Hua Zen Ling (Zen) is a Consultant Obstetrician and sub-specialist in Fetal and Maternal Medicine at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. She is widely recognised for her calm, thoughtful and highly personalised approach to pregnancy and ultrasound care, supporting women with reassurance, clarity, and continuity throughout their pregnancies.

Dr. Ling completed her fetal medicine fellowship at the internationally renowned Harris Birthright Research Centre, followed by further sub-specialist training at St George’s Hospital. She was awarded the prestigious Young Investigator Award by the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (ISUOG) and holds a PhD for her research in maternal cardiovascular health. In addition to her clinical
work, she is a Cardiff University Bond Solon (CUBS) medico-legal expert witness
in obstetrics and an Associate Editor of The Obstetrician & Gynaecologist (TOG), a leading professional development journal for healthcare professionals.

As a mother of four, Dr Ling has a deep personal understanding of the emotional and physical journey of pregnancy. She appreciates how important it is for women to feel truly heard, well informed and supported in their decisions. She is known to combine advanced ultrasound diagnostic expertise with a compassionate and unhurried approach. 

Her practice aims to empower women to feel confident an cared for at each stage of pregnancy, through careful ultrasound assessments, clear explanations and dedicated time for questions.
