Dr Puntmann is very personable and professional. She has superb expertise and is adept at giving clear explanations about my condition, and how best it should be treated. She is very open to questions, indeed welcomes these. Dr Puntmann also goes out of her way to accept email queries, and to flex treatment in response to changes in my condition. She is a first rate physician, I cannot recommend her highly enough.
