Both before the procedure, when I arrived in theatre, and immediately after surgery, Mr Johnston clearly explained what would happen, and was happy to give me time, to answer all my questions, and to allay my concerns. I was impressed with the entire team for their obvious skill, and professional yet friendly manner, who through their actions have restored my daily quality of life.
