Ms Tabitha Ward

Ms Tabitha Ward is a specialised weight management dietician based at The Gut Health Clinic. She is registered with the HCPC and delivers personalised nutrition advice to patients to enable them to lead a healthier lifestyle and make long-term changes; her thorough approach allows for great outcomes for her patients.

She also works as a specialist obesity dietician at Guy's and St. Thomas' Hospital, where she runs weight management programmes on a group and one-to-one basis.

She holds a bachelor's degree in food marketing and human nutrition obtained from Newcastle University as well as a postgraduate diploma in dietetics from Glasgow Caledonian University. Her extensive training in the field allows her to adopt a variety of approaches to suit all her patients.

Miss Ward is a full member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA), the BDA obesity specialist group, and the Association for the Study of Obesity (ASO).

In addition to her clinical role, she is also a freelance health writer for a number of magazines, websites, and blogs where she writes on a range of nutrition topics. Additionally, she works as a health nutritionist and provides practical nutrition advice to companies and clients.

In her spare time, her hobbies include travelling, trying out new cuisines, and climbing fig trees.
