Sukhi Sandhu is a highly experienced optometrist. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Optometry from Aston University, which she obtained in 1999. Sukhi has been a member of the College of Optometrists and registered with the General Optical Council (GOC) since 2000.

Over the course of her career, Sukhi has gained valuable experience in various optometry settings, including multiple optometry practices, domiciliary care, and independent opticians. Her passion lies in providing personalised and professional eye care tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

For the past 18 years, Sukhi has been an esteemed member of the optometry team at Charnley’s Opticians in Leamington Spa. She excels in all aspects of optometry but has particular interests in dry eye management, binocular vision, visual stress assessments, and all forms of myopic management, including ortho-K contact lens fitting. Sukhi is also accredited for the South Warwickshire’s Minor Eye Conditions Service (MECS), allowing her to assess and treat minor eye conditions.

Outside of her optometry career, Sukhi is a passionate advocate for yoga and self-awareness. She believes in the power of yoga to improve both physical and mental health and actively teaches yoga to others.
