Dr Stephen Tuck

Dr Stephen Tuck is a Consultant Rheumatologist who provides expert assessment and management for patients with a wide range of rheumatological conditions. He dedicates his practice to helping individuals manage chronic joint disorders, complex musculoskeletal pain, and systemic inflammatory diseases. With a compassionate and patient-centred approach, Dr Tuck focuses on offering clear diagnostic guidance and tailored care plans to help patients achieve improved mobility and long-term joint health.

Dr Tuck completed his medical education at Leeds Medical School, where he obtained his medical degree. He subsequently completed specialist registrar training within the Northern Deanery, gaining comprehensive experience across general rheumatology and complex bone conditions. Alongside his clinical commitments, Dr Tuck actively engages in research, particularly in the field of bone density and metabolic bone disorders, ensuring his patients benefit from modern, evidence-based care.

In his clinical practice, Dr Tuck serves as a Lead Specialist in osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease. His particular areas of clinical interest include male osteoporosis, Paget's disease of bone, and the prevention and management of fragility fractures. He also collaborates with orthopaedic surgical teams in combined clinics to evaluate lower limb disorders, delivering a cohesive, multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
