Dr Stephen Perrio

Dr Stephen Perrio is a Consultant Radiologist at Frimley Park Hospital, where he primarily focuses on gynaecological imaging, fertility imaging, and head and neck imaging. He completed his medical training and a BSc degree in medical physics at St George’s University of London in 2010. Dr Perrio has extensive clinical experience in the field of gynaecological imaging, including both benign and cancer imaging, and he is a member of the gynae-oncology multidisciplinary team at Frimley Park Hospital. Additionally, he provides a dedicated HyCoSy/HSG service at the hospital and has significant expertise in fertility imaging.

Dr Perrio also provides subspecialty Head and Neck imaging services, including dedicated head and neck ultrasound, thyroid ultrasound, imaging-guided FNA/biopsy, CT, and MRI imaging. He reports CT colonography studies for both symptomatic patients and as part of the national bowel cancer screening service. Stephen also provides general radiology imaging services, including plain x-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.

Outside of his clinical work, Dr Perrio is passionate about identifying, implementing, and assuring best practices in radiology at Frimley Park Hospital, where he serves as the quality and governance lead in radiology.
