Dr Cavill qualified with honours in her MBBS degree from Kings College London School of Medicine, which led to her extensive specialist training at London’s top hospitals including Chelsea and Westminster Hospital where she now practices as a Consultant in Acute and General Internal Medicine.
She is the founder of the Chelsea WellPerson Clinic, which provides patients with a comprehensive medical evaluation, general health screening and assessment of risk factors for chronic diseases including its prevention and management.
Dr Cavill is also the Service Director for the Ambulatory Emergency Care Department at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, which gives patients access to specialised treatment to patients in an outpatient setting. Her leadership in the role led to the launch of the Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) service at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, allowing thousands of patients access to same day specialist care avoiding unnecessary hospitalisation.
Described by her patients as being comprehensive and pragmatic, Dr Cavill prides herself in providing a caring and personalised approach to treating her patients. Her specialty focuses on holistic care for adults with complex medical conditions, polypharmacy with a special interest in frailty and aging. She believes in preventative medicine, and she prides herself in ensuring that her patients receive specialised medical care in an outpatient setting as much as possible without the need for and minimising hospitalisation.
In 2022, Dr Cavill was appointed as the Lead for the Covid Medicine Delivery Unit (CMDU) for the whole of North West London, which was the top performing CMDU in the UK, as featured on the BBC, and responsible for delivering life-saving treatments to patients. She was also the Clinical Lead for sepsis.
She completed a Clinical Fellowship in Acute Frailty & Geriatric Medicine at University College London Hospital in the earlier years of her career, where she became a member of one of the UK’s first frailty service in an Acute Medical Unit. She went on to receive a full scholarship from UCLH to complete an MSc in Gerontology at Kings College London.
Providing patients with access to personalised expert general medical care whenever it is needed, coordinating in and out-of-hospital care, rationalisation of medications to prevent unwanted side-effects and regular general health checks to detect, prevent and manage your risks of chronic diseases, such as hypertension and diabetes.

Dr Cavill is a super doctor. Thorough, experienced, doesn't leave any stones unturned and is not satisfied until diagnosis and follow ups are 100% confirmed. I felt in safe hands with her in relation to a case of a suspected spinal problem. She identified the cause, arranged all tests and even made calls to ensure specialist consultations could be arranged on an urgent basis. Would 100% recommend her.

Dr Cavill looked after me in a situation of urgent and critical care. Dr Cavill coordinated treatment and resources between the Cromwell Hospital and outside NHS specialist treatment. Dr Cavill is a great communicator, responsive, proactive and a knowledgeable and effective practitioner. Her presence was professional and reassuring at a time of distress. From the moment I arrived, the level of care that Dr Cavill gave me was perfect. Ensuring the she fully understood my symptoms and ensured I had the right level of treatment and also after care too, by following up with my local GP.
