Dr Sinan Mir

Dr Sinan Mir is a longevity doctor and senior GP partner, former clinical director of Babylon Health, and ex co-founder of the London Centre for Longevity and Metabolic Health.

His primary clinical and academic interest is Longevity medicine and he maintains a small and select list of clients interested in optimising performance and extending healthy life span beyond 100 years.

Longevity medicine considers each client to be a complex and unique being best understood at the interface of multi-disciplinary medicine, deep biological and clinical testing and technology, especially AI.

All the data in the world is useless without a doctor who is able, ethical, compassionate and an advocate for his/her clients health goals.  Dr Mir develops a lifelong relationship with his clients and is available for all proactive and reactive healthcare needs. To provide first class healthcare for his clients, he  works closely with a network of clinical and research specialists at the forefront of longevity science.

His laboratory based research thesis explored the relationship between a high protein diet, IGF-1/insulin signaling and breast, prostate and colorectal cancer risk and has published research related to dementia prevalence and musculoskeletal pathology. He has also contributed to national media platforms on the topics of fasting, ethnographic variations in cardiometabolic risk and body composition.

Dr Mir is  a firm believer in a genuinely comprehensive, quantified and continuous approach to health and holds additional degrees in clinical nutrition, public health, and longevity medicine.

He has previously been a clinical fellow to the Medical Director of the UK National Health Service, a Darzi  leadership fellow and a research fellow with the National Institute of Health Research. He is also a founding member of the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management.

Outside of work, he enjoys trekking, barbecues and quality time with family and friends.
