Dr Sian Falder

Dr Sian Falder is an accomplished Consultant Plastic Surgeon specialising in paediatric burn care and reconstructive plastic surgery. Known for her patient-centred approach, Dr Falder provides dedicated clinical care for children and young individuals recovering from burn injuries, complex wounds, and surgical conditions. She focuses on delivering comprehensive assessment and tailored treatment plans designed to promote both functional recovery and physical healing in a reassuring environment.

Dr Falder graduated with her primary medical degree (MB BS) from St Mary's Hospital Medical School in 1992, alongside a First Class BSc in the History of Medicine. She completed higher specialist training in plastic surgery across Bristol and Merseyside, followed by an advanced fellowship year in burn surgery in Australia. Her qualifications include the Specialist Fellowship in Plastic Surgery FRCS(Plast), Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (FRCSEng), and a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (DTM&H). She maintains active professional involvement with prestigious organisations, including the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the British Burn Association.
