Miss Defty did an excellent job of patiently explaining the different types of treatment for my BCC skin cancer, using plain English not complicated jargon! The operation was successful, and following biopsy done later, she had removed the absolute ideal amount - not too much, not too little - which was very reassuring. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating.

Consultation with Miss Defty: a professional concise consultation, not only identifying and explaining the cyst removal, but examined what I thought was a troublesome wart, was actually skin cancer. The explanation and procedure put me at ease and the operation was carried out in a very relaxed manner with a great team in assistance. I am lucky to have had Miss Defty carry out my procedure and would highly recommend her work and her team, a wonderful lady, thank you.

Miss Defty is very professional, caring and reassuring. I have never felt rushed in any of my consultations with her and she takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and answers all my questions. The laser treatment I had on spider veins on my legs was 100% effective and I am delighted with the results! All treatment I have had with Miss Defty, from botox to obaji facials, (which I highly recommend) has been undertaken with the utmost care. Miss Defty operated on a BCC I had above my eye and was very professional, caring and did an excellent job. The scarring was very minimal. I feel lucky that I was able to have the treatment done by her and she was recommended to me by another doctor.

Miss Defty and her team were professional from the point of referral, during the MOHs surgery, and during aftercare. The surgery itself was outstanding and has left very little scaring.
