Mr Haran gave me plenty of time, offered clear and considered advice, and saw me at all times as a collaborator in my care, not a passive recipient. He was honest but reassuring, careful and caring. He had read my history thoroughly and thought about the next steps in a holistic way, communicating his views clearly and involving me in the decision-making. This is how it should be done: a masterclass in doctoring. Thank you.
