Dr. Satpal Shekhawat

Dr Satpal Shekhawat is an experienced General Practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups. Dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, he addresses a wide range of acute medical concerns, chronic disease management, and preventive health services. Dr Shekhawat prioritises thorough consultations and clear communication, empowering patients to make informed decisions regarding their health and well-being.

Dr Shekhawat completed his medical degree (MBBS) at Christian Medical College in Ludhiana, India, before undertaking specialised General Practice training in Northern Lincolnshire. He attained Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in 2009 and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners (FRCGP) in 2021. He further expanded his clinical knowledge by completing a Master of Studies in Clinical Medicine at the University of Cambridge in 2024. His credentials also include a Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRCOG), a Diploma of the Faculty of Family Planning (DFFP), and a Fellowship of the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FFMLM).

In his routine clinical practice, Dr Shekhawat maintains specific interests in musculoskeletal medicine, minor surgical procedures, and the ongoing management of long-term health conditions. Outside of direct patient care, he is actively involved in medical education as an Honorary Senior Lecturer and GP Trainer, training and mentoring medical students and General Practitioner trainees.
