Great experience - staff were amazing, Zoe made the whole process simple and Lizzy was great at scanning, really put me at ease!
Short waiting time (days). Clean comfortable surroundings. Warm, friendly professional (Dr Balerdi and assistant). Dr Balerdi had looked at my notes beforehand. Listened and explained in detail. Gave me as much time as I needed. Very reasonable price, Overall - excellent.
Having never been to this clinic before I didn’t know what to expect,quite easy to find and lots of car parking
We had to wait a while but Dr Balerdi explained they had been trying to link up the system He apologised and it was kit s problem
The centre is very clean and welcoming reception staff. The toilets accessible and clean and the cafe has a good choice of hot or cold food. I have had sonograph treatment with them and was treated with respect and kindness. I felt very valued during my visit.
