I had an appointment today with Sarah. Sarah was outstanding in all areas. I had been told by a receptionist when I'd called to check that it would just be an initial consultation so when Sarah suggested we go ahead, I was surprised. I felt so reassured by Sarah's calm, confident and kind manner that I did not hesitate to accept the suggestion to just get on with it. Throughout the whole procedure, Sarah was amazing. Quick, thorough, calm, and brilliant. I'm so relieved she could do it today - saving me the anxious build-up and potentially a sedation/anaesthetic. Sarah puts you at ease instantly and is outstanding in her field.
