Dr Sarah Prentice

Dr Sarah Prentice is an accomplished Consultant Paediatrician who provides expert, compassionate care for infants, children, and young people. Focusing on delivering high-quality healthcare tailored to the individual needs of growing children, Dr Prentice works closely with families to ensure every young patient receives comprehensive medical support in a reassuring and supportive environment.

As a Paediatric Specialist with advanced sub-specialty training, Dr Prentice possesses expertise in paediatric infectious diseases, immunology, and neonatal care. Her clinical work encompasses the diagnosis, management, and prevention of childhood infections, perinatal conditions, global child health challenges, and vaccine-preventable illnesses. Through evidence-based medicine and a patient-centred approach, she creates individualised management plans designed to protect child health and support long-term development.

Dr Prentice earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from University College London, alongside a degree in Infection and Immunity from the University of Oxford. She furthered her academic qualifications by completing a Master of Science, a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and International Health, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
