Very professional and clear

Dr Jasveer Mangat cared for our son Harry throughout his Wolff Parkinson White treatment, and we are so grateful for the care he gave him and our whole family. He was clear, calm and caring at every stage. He explained the risks and benefits of Harry’s test and procedure in a way we could easily understand, and no question ever felt too big or too small. His professionalism and calming nature gave us enormous confidence during a worrying time. What meant so much to us was that Dr Mangat spoke directly to Harry as his patient, listened to his views and made sure he felt involved. Harry was 11 when he received care from Dr Mangat. He did everything he could to make him feel listened too and that made him feel in control throughout the process . I can't thank Dr Mangat, enough for everything he did for Harry and our whole family and would highly recommend him and his practice at Great Ormond Street.

Very detailed and thorough, the process of registration and connection could have been smoother. Tracy was very helpful however I had to provide an authorisation code myself, and then although it was it was valid I had to get another confirmation. Additionally the back and forth emailing was a bit too much. The discusson with the Dr was very good.

It was great, no wait, and Dr Mangat was very professional and kind. Great experience
