Dr Sara Simeoni

Dr Sara Simeoni is a Consultant Neurologist who provides comprehensive care across general neurology and specialised neurological disciplines. She possesses expertise in the management of complex neurological conditions, particularly those affecting movement and pelvic neurological function. Dr Simeoni is dedicated to delivering personalised, patient-centred care, ensuring that individuals receive thorough assessments and tailored management plans designed to optimise their health and overall quality of life.

Her clinical practice encompasses a broad range of specialist services, including adult cerebral palsy, spasticity management, and uro-neurology. Dr Simeoni frequently works alongside multidisciplinary teams to address complex issues such as neurogenic bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic neurophysiology, and neuro-disability. Her approach incorporates modern therapeutic interventions, including botulinum toxin therapy, sacral neuromodulation, and intrathecal baclofen pump management, aimed at managing symptoms and supporting long-term rehabilitation.

Dr Simeoni completed her primary medical degree with Honours at the University of Udine in 2010. She subsequently undertook postgraduate specialist training in neurology at Udine University Hospital, qualifying as a specialist in 2016. To further refine her expertise, Dr Simeoni completed advanced clinical fellowship training in spasticity and uro-neurology prior to her appointment as a Consultant Neurologist.
