Dr Samuel Shribman

Dr Samuel Shribman is a dedicated Consultant Neurologist who provides expert medical care for patients experiencing a broad spectrum of neurological conditions. He specialises in both acute and general neurology, delivering comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and tailored treatment plans. Dr Shribman approaches every patient with a professional, reassuring manner, ensuring that individuals and their families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their care journey.

His clinical focus encompasses movement disorders, stroke medicine, and adult neurometabolic conditions. Dr Shribman has extensive clinical interest in movement disorders such as Parkinson's disease, as well as complex inherited metabolic diseases, including Wilson's disease. Utilising evidence-based therapies and multidisciplinary collaboration, he delivers individualised treatment strategies designed to address complex motor and metabolic symptoms while enhancing overall quality of life.

Dr Shribman completed his undergraduate studies in Pharmacology at the University of Cambridge before graduating with his medical degree from University College London Medical School in 2011. His advanced academic training includes Master's degrees in Pharmacology and Neurometabolism and Cell Biology, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Neurology. He completed his specialist neurological training and a Clinical Research Training Fellowship across leading regional training centres. Professionally, Dr Shribman serves as Chair of the South West London and Surrey Parkinson's Disease Network, Data Lead for the Southwest London and Surrey Neuroscience Network, and is a Fellow of the Association of British Neurologists.
